Employee Music Benefits

Rhapsody employees benefit from a free Rhapsody Premier Plus account starting on day one. We strongly encourage people to use our products everywhere they can – be it on their phones, computers, integrated stereo systems, TVs or MP3 players.

Flexible Work Environments

Our San Francisco and Seattle locations have open floor plans and no individual offices, which remove communication barriers and encourage strong team dynamics. We supply plenty of coffee, tea, soda, beer and the occasional bagel breakfast, pizza lunch and ice cream afternoon to ensure sustenance. And, for quiet work time, many of our employees take advantage of our flexible telecommuting options.

Generous Vacation & Time Off

Sometimes you just have to get away. We get it – and fully support it. All regular Rhapsody employees earn up to 28 days off per year, and receive 8 paid company holidays.

Medical / Dental / Vision Care

Rhapsody wants to ensure the health and welfare of our employees and their dependants by providing comprehensive medical, dental and vision coverage. We have one or two medical plan options for employees to choose from, depending on state of residence.

Retirement Plans & Company Match

We match a percentage of our employees’ retirement plan deductions and provide a convenient, tax-advantageous way to save for retirement. In addition, our employees can choose between a traditional 401(k) plan and/or a Roth savings plan, so they can save big and retire in style.
