Afro-Mystik

This debut album ranges between tribal percussion, House, hip-hop, and Soul. The hip-hop tracks target a politically minded audience a la Michael Franti, yet the rhymes are more spontaneous and random. The dance tracks blend to form a DJ-influenced Worldbeat sound made up of ambient vocals, minimal synthesizers, and African rhythms.
