The diva wattage is overpowering on this collaboration. Taken together, Beyonce and Shakira's voices could electrify a small city, but what's amazing is that the singers, both known for over-the-top vocal histrionics, act as a check on each other when singing in tandem, keeping their power tautly controlled instead of spilling all over the place. The result, coupled with the dark, vaguely Middle Eastern production, is like one long, hot -- but clothed -- makeout session: just what a good pop song should be. Don't forget to watch the video.
