Carrie Underwood's take on "Do You Hear What I Hear" boasts a better vocal performance than anything on her first two albums. Kellie Pickler's playful and coquettish "Santa Baby" sounds timeless with the lush string section behind her, and Terri Clark keeps things country on her version of "O Little Town of Bethlehem."
