Sure, the cream floats to the top (dig the previously unreleased title track and the weepy "One Kiss Away from Loneliness"), but when you listen to these impassioned pickers croon and harmonize, it feels like you're sitting in on a session where they're all huddled around a single microphone, as purists of the bluegrass genre tend to prefer when rolling tape.
