Ray J bounces from cocky to brokenhearted to cynical so fast you'll wonder if maybe the boy's off his meds. Apparently, all he feels is conflicted -- and perhaps a wee bit insecure. He shouldn't be: All I Feel envelops Ray's small but surprisingly dexterous voice in a compelling collection ranging from contemporary club bangers to old-school grooves. So when Brandy's little bro does put his bitter hat on and start slinging "bitch" around a bit too gratuitously, it just feels like he's trying hard to be hard instead of focusing on the feelings he otherwise articulates so well.
