Tritt's second album kicks things off with the insta-classic duet with Marty Stewart, "The Whiskey Ain't Working." Everybody knows the time-tested truth that any country song with the word "whiskey" in the title is gonna be good. Tritt stays close to the path of tradition with "Don't Give Your Heart to a Rambler" and "Here's a Quarter (Call Someone Who Cares)," but it was likely the new country ballads (like "Anymore") that made 1991's It's All About To Change his biggest seller. "If Hell Had a Jukebox" is up there with the best country song titles ever.
