It's hard to imagine this pair releasing something that isn't at least a little enjoyable, and this album doesn't disappoint. The best songs on Blackout! 2 have an unhinged quality, a livewire, party-rocking vibe that our men have perfected over the course of their many collaborations. They're both in prime form here, though Redman shines the brightest. There's a spontaneity in his flow, and his references to Atari, Tango and Cash and Rocky are charmingly antiquated.
