As a tour of reggaeton, the eighth album from the genre's dynamic duo is thorough and pleasant. The return of Los Vaqueros (a reference to the 2006 comp of artists from their WY label) is packed to the brim with guests, both from reggaeton and hip-hop. This time around, W&Y take a more dominant host role, guiding us through reggaeton's full range, from club bangers to slow jams, strutting reggaeton riddims to balling hip-hop beats. They're such good hosts, in fact, that they're sometimes outshone by their guests, which makes this an odd, sometimes even lackluster Wisin y Yandel album.
