Elvis Presley (Bonus Tracks)
Elvis Presley
Released:
Mar 1956
Label:
Rca/Legacy
Released in March of 1956, Elvis Presley ushered in the rock 'n' roll era. The first rock record to top a million in sales, it laid the blueprint for pretty much everything that followed. Highlighted by a handful of the famed Sun Sessions songs, Elvis' supernatural vocals and the country-billy backing of Scotty Moore and Bill Black, it remains a touchstone to this day. This version includes a bunch of bonus tracks. The album initially began with "Blue Suede Shoes" and ended with "Money Honey."
