First off: These guys are named after a character from Nickelodeon's Rugrats! This breezy playfulness percolates through much of the foursome's debut. Body Faucet, produced by Ben H. Allen (Animal Collective, Washed Out), is filled with bubbly island-pop grooves (and a few pensive moments in "Ghost Bike" and "Three Shining Suns"). The danceable/sing-along-able vibe of such tracks as "Houseboat Babies" and "Water Runs" calls to mind Foster the People, while the Afro-pop rhythms, feisty yelps and shimmery guitars lean more toward Vampire Weekend. Spin this at your next hipster-hula party.
