Rejuvenation includes guests like Rick Ross and Trae the Truth, but it comes off as low-budget. Juvenile attempts a Ron Browz impression on "Lost My Mind" and tries the EDM-crossover thing like Gorilla Zoe on "Ain’t What You Want," but despite beats from Mannie Fresh, Drumma Boy and others, this isn't his best-sounding album. Luckily, his rapping skills are undiminished, and when he talks greasy on "Fall Back," "Bad Guy" and "Aah Haa," it’s clear that the New Orleans rap pioneer hasn’t lost a step, even if the beats sometime suggest otherwise.
