This companion to the DVD of the same name features an entire set recorded in Paris in 2004. From the opening creepiness of "Haunted," singer Amy Lee is in fine, ghost-of-Tori-Amos form, and long before the band gets to best song "My Immortal," Lee comes on like the first lady of nu-metal, covering Korn ("Thoughtless" features an expletive that got them in hot water with Wal-Mart) and deftly flexing her ample vocal muscle. Despite the apparent fragility of that voice, Lee manages to mirror the volume and chug of the guitars. Evanescence fans will have nothing to complain about here.
