MU's Out of Breach is weirder than her debut, its funk in an advanced state of digital decomposition. It's also angrier, laced with bitter invective. It opens with "Haters," a punishing electro stomper that's overlaid with shrieking Psycho strings and an indecipherable tirade of screams; "Tiger Bastard" is aimed straight at Tigersushi, the Japanese singer's former record label, with whom things ended less than amicably. The overblown, improbably groovy "Paris Hilton" is the record's obvious hit, still able to turn dancefloors upside down with a simple flick of the 808.
