For the uninitiated, the Lord is one of the prime movers in experimental metal, droning heaviness, spacey post-rock, vintage sludge and good ol' doom. Here you're treated to such institutions as Earth and Boris, as well as lesser-knowns like Ascend and the perpetually impossible-to-classify Iceburn (who started out in the early-'90s metalcore scene).
