This is a bluesier Alex Ubago than you've ever heard: several of these songs could grace an American truck or Wrangler Jeans commercial, complete with the dappled, late afternoon sunlight and fields of wheat waiting for the harvest. At its most heated, Aviones De Cristal barely reaches a boil, with songs like the single "Viajar Contigo" emanating such goodwill it becomes almost cloying.
