3OH!3's fourth album feels both foundational and dated. After all, these dudes are largely responsible for everything from Ke$ha to the #stupidhashtagtrend. Yet they somehow fell behind their own curve somewhere along the way: Crunk is pretty dead, and party anthems like "Live for the Weekend" sound like an overgrown teenager's swan song. But for the most part, the boys manage to temper their commitment to up-all-night brattiness and snotty electro-pop with some interesting musical ideas. See the stupid-fun rock-rap of "Two Girlfriends" and the hollowed-out '80s throwback beats of "New Girl."
