Abacabb

Washington, D.C.'s ABACABB -- vocalist Tyler Greene, guitarists Dan Moody and Tim Roskie, bassist Stefan Mills and drummer Navid Naghdi -- formed in 2004, but saw quite a few lineup changes as they grew in popularity on the East Coast. Playing a bloodcurdling brew of technical death metal and grindcore, ABACABB's moniker (see: the blood code for Mortal Kombat on Sega Genesis) couldn't be more fitting. Signed to Sumerian Records in 2008, they released their debut full-length, Survivalist, in early 2009.
