Adrian Borland's solo work is not too unlike his work with cult post-punk group the Sound, as both are filled with dark lyrics set to intense music. As a solo artist, Borland veers toward an acoustic presentation, but make no mistake, his music still burns with an intensity that belies its sonic make up.
