Agathodaimon

Agathodaimon are an evocation of esoteric alchemy, a grim reminder of the darker side that hides behind the light. A cold wind blows through the castle parlor and stirs the band to create romantic symphonies of lilting guitars and reverent keyboards. But possessed by some unseen hand, some restless spirit, the band breaks into violent outbursts of hellish metallic noise, blasts of percussion and ominous drones that resound against the soul. The vocalist, Vlad, under complete possession, struggles to exorcise the demons within, evoking incantations in English and Romanian. Through him come the sentiments of the denizens of hell. He refuses to resign himself to the spirits until he sees the truth and cries, “My ruined world 's denying the earthly time; Drained of all emotions...; Immortality: Now be mine!”
