Agents Of Oblivion

Jan 2000

Biography

Louisiana rock renaissance man Dax Riggs formed Agents of Oblivion after Acid Bath broke up due to the death of bassist Audie Pitre. Acid Bath guitarist Mike Sanchez joined Riggs in the new effort. The band only put out a single record, a self-titled album released in 2000. Not long after Agents of Oblivion appeared and the band finished its ensuing tour, they broke up and Riggs launched Deadboy & the Elephantmen, who were active from 2000 to 2007, at which point Riggs started putting out music with T-Daks & His White Plastic Soul.
