Akrobatik

One of Boston's most promising emcees, Akrobatic has been doing his thing on the independent tip since the late 1990s, releasing a slew of 12-inch singles and scoring hits with "Internet MCs" and "SayYesSayWord." He is known for his smart but unpretentious wordplay, and has collaborated extensively with fellow Beantown artists Mr. Lif and DJ Fakts One. (The three of them make up the Perceptionists crew.) In addition to his many singles and a self-titled EP, Ak has dropped two full-lengths, The Lost Adats and Balance.
