Alicia Villarreal

Alicia Villareal was the face of the norteno Grupo Limite and a talented artist in her own right. A compelling frontwoman, Villareal's distinctive, almost child-like voice helped catapult the band to the top of the charts when they debuted. Her solo work plumbs the same vein, and Villareal has proven to be a talented songwriter as well. While her heart lies with "la nortena", she does branch out into balladry, Latin pop and even reggaeton.
