BiographyThis Spanish pop-rock duo got their start in 1997, when they moved to Madrid and recorded their self-titled debut. Their second release, Una Piquena Parte Del Mundo, solidified their sound as the group relied almost exclusively on singer Eva Amaral's lyrics and guitarist Juan Aguirre's accompaniment to craft a subtle, low-key sound that privileges Amaral's supple voice above all else. In 2002, the group released Estrella De Mar, which launched their first bona fide hit, "Sin Ti No Soy Nada." The group finally hit in the Latin American market in 2005, when "El Universo Sobre Mi" made a modest, but respectable showing in the pop charts.
