It's difficult to discern whether or not there's a Christian theme going on here. What isn't difficult to discern is the Mt. Zion's-worth of tape hiss. AFC apparently record acoustic instruments, then sonically manipulate them to sound symphonic. Could it be that their idea of "symphonic" is a novice guitar player rehearsing to Boston tapes?
