A muffled drumbeat intros Anointed's first LP in four years setting the tone that this one is about rhythm, especially the body-moving single "Gonna Lift Your Name." After funk fabulous gospel and R&B ballads that evolve into effervescent choral-backed praise fest, the last few tracks are oddly unrefined. Maybe because this is the former trio's sophomore effort as a duo.
