Biography

Athenaeum are a Post-Grunge/Power Pop outfit with smart lyrics and a disheveled charm. The difference between these guys and Matchbox 20 is that they write better hooks and the guitar player knows how to get his solos all dirty and sloppy. Vocals are in the perfect key to sing along to in your car, and some harmonies point to a well-loved Teenage Fanclub collection.
