Atmosphere has always been one of those groups that sound better when they're not trying so hard, so their Sad Clown series (EPs released between releases that were intended to hold fans over) have always been among their strongest works. This one is kind of hit or miss. "Peyote" toils in the relationship drama of scenesters, but "Party Over Here" sounds like bad frat rap delivered with a smirk.
