It sounds like a recipe for disaster, but armed with two truly talented Moroccan singers and a surprisingly strong grasp of the intricately mellow, loping rhythms of the desert, this group's debut could just turn that beach town into a Moroccan oasis. We cannot recommend this release highly enough.
