Released: May 2005
"La madre de todas las bandas" knocks on the door of the 21st century with the oddly unexciting "Techno Cumbia," but the rest of the album makes up for that lapse with brilliant horn harmonies and the masterful vocal presence of a band that created its genre. Sadly the group opted to not include "Mi Lindo Maztlan" by late composer (and Recodo friend) Consuelito Velasquez.
