A staple of Berlin's "living room scene" of the '90s, Barbara Morgensten undertakes a bit of housecleaning on this double-disc collection of album cuts and early EPs. With the majority of her records still in print, it's not necessarily aimed at longtime fans -- although, gathering the most striking of her electro-acoustic pop baubles, it's at least as engaging, and perhaps more diverse, a listening experience as any of her long-players. Standouts include the melancholy he/she duet of "Camouflage" and the perfect pop miniature "Nichts Muss."
