Here, for the first time, we get all of Barrington Levy's platters with the Mighty Two (Joe Gibbs and Errol Thompson) on one collection. Teach The Youth features the songs in all their extended, 12-inch-version glory, and we mean extended: "Wife and Sweetheart Dem A Friend" clocks in at over eight minutes. Four dub versions performed by Joe Gibbs and the Professionals round out the release. For the most part, these are pretty cool -- if occasionally lethargic -- vintage recordings, even if they do have a lopsided focus on Levy's troubles with women.
