We didn't think Belanova could get any frothier, but Fantasia Pop tastes like whipped cream on meringue, crowned with spun sugar or sprinkled Pixie stick sugar -- you get the idea. Denise Guerrero helms the band through another '80s-meets-21st-century album, and the shtick has not, amazingly, lost its appeal. If anything, they've refined their punchy, short-skirted pop songs, embracing a breathless adolescent joy that rarely lets up. If you're not dancing around in your underwear by the end of the album, you weren't listening.
