We didn't think Belanova could get any frothier, but Fantasia Pop tastes like whipped cream on meringue, crowned with spun sugar. Denisse Guerrero helms the band through another 1980s-meets-21st-century album, and the shtick has not, amazingly, lost its appeal. If anything, they've refined their punchy pop songs, embracing a breathless adolescent joy that rarely lets up. If you're not dancing around in your underwear by the end of the album, you weren't listening. The deluxe version features the brand-new, bossa nova-brushed "Mirame" and several classy remixes of their bigger hits.
