On her second album, Mexican television teen queen turned pop star Belinda teams up with a crew of producers whose credits include Kelly Clarkson, Britney Spears and Shakira, and the results are just what you'd expect. It's hard not to see Belinda as a South-of-the border Hillary Duff, but that's enough for adolescent fans who put the single "Ni Freud Ni Tu Mama" at the top of the Latin charts. Belinda is at her best on the power pop tune "Bella Traicion." An attempt at hip-hop called "Good...Good" is not...not.
