Biography
The less-flamboyant half of ATL superstars OutKast serves as Andre's more down-to-earth counterpart, flexing a style rooted in traditional Southern rap. With a penchant for strippers, Cadillacs and pitbulls, Big Boi is still a colorful figure in the scene, but he's far less out-there, both fashion-wise and lyrically, than his partner in rhyme. In late 2005, he assembled a team of rappers and singers for his label compilation Got Purp? Vol. 2.
