With their third installment, the drummer/bassist duo known as Big Business throw a third member (guitarist Toshi Kasai) into the mix, and the payoff is big. The beefier instrumentation mitigates the bite of vocalist Jared Warren's bark. Tracks like the trippy, urgent head-nodder "Gold and Final," the marching, bluesy "The Drift," and the nearly nine-minute, noise-rock-heavy album closer, "Theme From Big Business II," showcase the band's sonic evolution with intensity.
