Mobb Deep affiliate Big Noyd parties likes it's 1999 on his fifth album. With its booming horn loop and staggering drums, "Posted on the Block" sounds sub-Premo, while "Heartless" borrows ripping guitar solos from M.O.P. (Lil' Fame served as an executive producer for Illustrious). The first single, the swinging "Things Done Changed," fondly recalls crack's halcyon days.
