Bill Hicks, unfairly dead of pancreatic cancer at age 33, stormed through the comedy world of the '80s and early '90s with a rage and hopelessness never before seen. The flip side of his misanthropy was a disappointment in what people could be like, but never are. Also he really hated kids. Some of his observations are funny, some are simply true and they are all brutal. The best parts of the CD come whenever Hicks laughs at one of his own jokes. It sounds like he wants to kill everyone in the audience.
