Great White North

Great White North by Bob and Doug McKenzie
Released: Jan 1982
Rick Moranis and Dave Thomas, aka The McKenzie brothers, struck gold in 1982 with the Great White North. It spent a good deal of time near the top of the charts, thanks to the success of the song "Take Off," which featured Rush's Geddy Lee on vocals. The album also caused such catchphrases as "You hoser" and "Take off, eh?" to creep into the American vernacular.
