Opening his rap-metal hobby project's obscene and often humorous fifth album with a pair of threats to shoot and torture jerks who cross him, but revolving it around a knee-slapping Suicidal Tendencies update and filthy reclamation from Jay Z, Ice-T has a blast. He hurls life lessons at rehab-averse addicts, jobless potential crooks and suburban gangsta wannabes; praises a fearless moshpit gal, scary voodoo dominatrix and brave U.S. soldiers; mourns the slaughter of manhood. His band headbangs and hardcores competently enough, occasionally ripping Hendrix or Sabbath riffs between Ice's rages.
