Bonobo's Simon Green seems unable to make a faulty record. This, his third, sounds like it was recorded by tribal witch doctors in Ibiza after a summer in Barcelona. Green's particular talent is creating a fearless combination of sounds and live instrumentation (harp anyone?) that in other hands would sound like a kitchen sink composition. At times cinematic, at others intimate and yearning, Days to Come is the sound of Green at the top of his game.
