Bouncing Souls

Like the Boss or, to a lesser extent, Bon Jovi, Bouncing Souls give New Jerseyans something to be proud of. Formed in 1987, the band has helped to define the pop-punk genre with their irresistible, party-time, three-chord assaults and inexhaustible energy. In true punk fashion, Bouncing Souls clawed their way to success by touring constantly, inspiring countless suburban kids to get tattoos, form BMX posses and flip off their parents. Anyone who has seen them will tell you that a Bouncing Souls show is a guaranteed good time where every wallflower in the room is converted into a pogoing fan. Their relentless commitment to playing eventually paid off, signing to Southern California giant Epitaph Records in 1997.
