More than almost any other '90s band, Brad stubbornly defy stiff categorization, as snatches of Funk, Soul, Post-Punk and Post-Grunge permeate each of their releases. It's no secret that Pearl Jammer Stone Gossard is the Brad's guitarist and highest-profile member; however, their heart, soul and ace in the hole is undoubtedly vocalist/keyboardist Shawn Smith (also of Satchel and Pigeonhed), a singer with an extraordinary range and a disarming presence that sets the tone for each song.
