Brainwaves Mind Voyages is a company offering what it calls "Psychoacoustic Vibrational Sound Therapy." Somewhere between New Age music and pseudoscience, many of its releases employ ocean sounds, drones and suggestive looped voices; the pulsing drones can be profoundly relaxing, making them apt for meditation or sleep. But steer clear of the "silent ultrasonic" tracks in the Quantum Subliminal series -- unless, of course, you believe that ultrasonic waves can help you quit grinding your teeth, win the lottery, learn Navajo or achieve any of hundreds of similar self-help goals.
