As pure a product of '90s stand-up comedy as you can find, Regan's routines are marked by his over-the-top delivery and frequent references to jokes made earlier in the set. These things would get in the way if he wasn't actually funny. Pointing out his own extreme stupidity as well as that of those around him, Regan's utterly G-rated humor gets by on the fact that his observations are always on target, and when that overly animated delivery works ("Evel Knievel"), it's goofy enough to get real laughs.
