Say what you will about Britney's confused (even sad) performance at the 2007 VMAs -- she's got a hit on her hands with this one. The production's a little robotic, and Britney's voice rarely emerges from its electronic cocoon (though it sounds in fine, tongue-in-your-ear form when it does), but there's an irresistible one-two punch. First, it's got enough grime to get you grinding, which is really all you need from a good pop song. Second, it gets at the root of what Ms. Spears is asking for at the moment. More fame, more adulation -- or perhaps even just another chance. Whaddaya say, fans?
