Biography
Brooks Williams plays blues-soaked Folk-Rock. He's exceptionally skilled at bending misjudged credulity in songs by letting unpredictable genre characteristics bleed into his pseudo-contemporary Americana folk style. The majority of his songs reside on a detoured road off the highway between J.J. Cale and James Taylor. Williams' guitar playing is just as innovative as his musical concept. His passionate arpeggios often sail off into intense single note leads, and his power chords are randomly attacked with relevant fervor while maintaining a healthy nod to past folk styles.
