This is what Los Angeles sounds like. First and foremost, it sounds like money. Secondly, it sounds commercially manicured. Bullets and Octane took that money and hired Helmet's Page Hamilton to produce their second album. While it strives to blend evolved Orange County punk with heavy rock, it sounds too polished and clean to be anywhere as dangerous as the album's artwork.
