Bullys Wit Fullys are a San Francisco-based group featuring Messy Marv and Guce. Like previous Messy Marv releases, Infrastructure is basically nihilistic mobb music drowned in basement gin electro that hints at hyphy's big beats. Except for the E-A-Ski-produced single, the album never quite gives way to hyphy's euphoria or chemical abandon. But whatever musical movement you want to attribute it to, the fact remains that this album bangs. "Frisco Baby" is all stuttering funk, gangsta affirmations and snitch hate, while the white-tee anthem "Cracker Jacks" is a trunk rattler.
